1. Team Member Assessment

Let’s get everyone in their zone. I’ll assess your team’s strengths, recommend role adjustments, and help you create a structure that not only gets work done but makes everyone feel empowered and valued.

2. Figma/Adobe CC Design Ops

Your design files, but make them functional. I’ll review how your team works in Figma (or Adobe CC) and set you up with a streamlined, collaborative system that keeps everything consistent and easy to use.

3. Process and Workflow

Because chaos isn’t a strategy. From feedback loops to file handoffs, I’ll help you smooth out the bumps and create workflows that actually save time (and sanity).

4. Creative Project Management Retainer

Expert guidance, ongoing support. For teams that need more than a one-time solution, I offer a retainer-based service to provide ongoing project management and creative oversight. Acting as your Creative Project Manager and/or Creative Director, I will:

Oversee design projects to keep your team on track and aligned with goals.
Provide feedback and hands-on support for key milestones.
Facilitate collaboration between team members to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Ensure that deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with your brand.
