Art and design have always been at the heart of what I do—whether I’m sketching out a sarcastic Carl cartoon, painting bold, expressive figures or still life, or crafting clean, functional web designs.
At HUGEish Studio, my creative work spans a wide range of mediums, from traditional fine art and digital illustrations to graphic and web design that seamlessly blends form and function.
Each project I take on is a reflection of my love for storytelling, humor, and the kind of design that grabs attention while staying true to its purpose. Whether it’s exploring the deeper thoughts of Carl (my grumpy-yet-empathetic skeleton), the quirky misadventures of wicked chicken, or creating web and graphic designs that leave a lasting impression, my work is all about inciting an emotional response from the viewer—and maybe a few chuckles in there as well.
After 16 years of being a professional designer I’m now focused on my own creative projects, but I’m open to collaboration or commissions so—let’s chat.

I studied Fine Art and fell in love with pushing color and value in my paintings and drawings.

What started out as messing with Photoshop in the early 90s, came to be the last 15+ years of my professional life.

wicked chicken has remained a part of my doodling life for over a decade. From her, a whole host of friends came into existence.
